Description
The Medicine of your Voice 3 hour Workshop with Bettina Maureenji | Sunday 20th of September 2025 | 6.30 pm – 9.30 pm | Zurich, Switzerland
The Medicine of Your Voice is a somatic process that bridges ancient vocal traditions with modern approaches to nervous system regulation, embodiment, and personal growth. Rooted in the classical Indian vocal lineage of Dhrupad, this method has been carefully adapted and expanded through years of lived experience to support transformation on emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
In this 3-hour workshop, participants are guided through a series of embodied voice practices designed not for performance, but for presence. The voice becomes a gateway to self-awareness, resilience, and authentic expression. By exploring vocal sound in connection with the body, we learn to sense subtle patterns of tension, emotion, and holding – and gently create space for release, integration, and change.
Whether you’re a therapist, public speaker, or simply someone drawn to the power of voice, this process invites you to reconnect with your inner truth and develop a more grounded, open relationship with yourself and others. As we learn to meet ourselves through sound, we also practice showing up more fully in life – with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

‘Bettina’s The Medicine of Your Voice workshop is by far one of the best workshops I’ve ever attended. It felt raw, real, genuine, and truly magical. I learned a lot, felt a lot, and experienced so much. Taking home ancient healing/voice practices that I’ve learned and the greater confidence I now hold within myself and my voice. Thank you so much for your guidance, support and service, Bettina — I am forever grateful and appreciative of you. Truly looking forward to attending more of your workshops in the future!’ Lauren, Los Angeles, CA.
