Welcome to Bettina Maureenji. We love to create a safe and sound conscious community. All privacy, terms & conditions are created to deepen integrity and commitment towards the offerings and to honor the agreement between you and yourself. Your decision to sign up for any of the events is valuable and may be followed through for the well being of all.
Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, product or services. By accessing the Bettina Maureenji website, mobile or tablet you agree to be bound by these terms.
Privacy All content, payment information, recordings, documents and other will be kept confidential on both sides.
Payments, payment plans and credits By selecting a service you agree to pay the costs for the service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up. Payments are not refundable but can be credited towards an other service. Deposits for retreats are not included in the transfer towards another service unless agreed different. Please note that all series of sessions have to be taken within 6 months after purchase. Afterwards prepaid session/lessons are obsolete with no refund option. There is no transferal for missed classes within an ongoing course. If you agreed on a payment plan you also agreed on the extra charge for pay plans and you are obliged to pay the full amount of the plan even if you choose not to attend the events. Participation in any course or event related post gatherings or follow up courses or events is only possible if plan is payed in full. Prices are per person. If you signed up for an in person study plan you agree to receive sessions/ lesson online if outer circumstance forces the facilitator or student to do so.
Credit Transfers to others Remaining lessons, deposits etc can not be transfered to others unless agreed upon.
Cancellations. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy for one on one lessons and sessions online and in person with the option of postponing the event. For all other events online and in person including online courses cancellations are not possible. We offer a credit transferable to other events. Cancellation policy might change with external in person events involving third parties as retreats centers and venues. In case of ill falling of the facilitator or other serious life challenges, events will be postponed.
Recordings. Recordings of live online courses, sessions or lessons are not part of the purchase and is a gift to support your studies etc. Recordings are made available to you and you are welcome to download those instantly. All recordings will be deleted one month after courses or series of lessons are completed. We are not responsible for lost or deleted recordings. You are welcome to record the lessons, sessions etc. Live courses recordings can only be made available to participant if attending live in at least 3 classes. If you are part of a payment plan you have to have completed your payments in order to receive the recordings.
Liability You take full responsibility for receiving the service as it is. Any disagreement with length, content or way of conducting events and services will not be discussed within the context for credit payments or cancellations. For all online events we are not responsible for internet outage due to areal disconnection or other forces (storms, tsunamis or others) disconnecting online interaction. Events will be postponed in this case. We intent to provide the best quality technical equipment possible audio/ video. We are not responsible for your safety and travel to and from any of the events.
Integrity By signing up for any of the events or products listed on this website you are committing to stay for the whole length of the event from the beginning to the end, unless there is a family emergency or any other similar. Integrity is part of the offering and is part of the practice.
